- This is my system for reversal trading. I trade the Dow (YM), S&P (ES), Nasdaq (NQ) and the Russell 2000 (TF) eminis futures. Every night, a RoadMap is created detailing where exactly to enter a trade. I know how frustrating it can be for a beginner. Hopefully, this system can help. Sometimes price come very close to the S/R Line and not touch it. To make it consistent, I apply the following wiggle room rule for me to start to look for entry.
YM: 7pts, ES: 0.75pt, NQ: 1.75pt, ER: 0.5
Stops are as follow:
YM: 25pts, Es: 2.5pts, NQ: 5pts, ER 2pts
One more caution: This is a fading system. It work best on range day and not so good on trend day. On trend day, I wait for price to retrace back to the S/R Line and enter on retracement.
